Beware of Pseudo-AI Transformation in Enterprises
Many companies that claim to have fully embraced AI are simply installing modern GPS systems on old carriages. True AI implementation is not a solo effort by the IT department, but rather a restructuring of how work is done. Only by adopting Scrum’s agile mindset, forming cross-functional teams, and using MVPs to rapidly test and iterate can companies move beyond “pseudo-AI transformation” and make AI a true amplifier of business growth.
