1. Online Courses and Digital Products
We offer a 7-Day Conditional Money-Back Guarantee for our standard online courses. If you are not satisfied with the course material, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your original purchase date, provided that:
You have viewed or completed less than 20% of the total course content.
You have not downloaded any proprietary frameworks, playbooks, or offline resources included in the course.
If you meet these criteria, please email us at contact@apd.institute with your order receipt and the reason for your refund request. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
2. Corporate Training and Consulting Services
Refunds for custom corporate training, on-site workshops, or private consulting services are governed by the specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) or contract signed between your organization and Agilenterprise Inc. Generally, consulting deposits are non-refundable once the engagement has officially commenced.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are strictly non-refundable:
Any online course refund requested after the 7-day window.
Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., unauthorized sharing of course materials).
Standalone downloadable digital assets (e.g., templates, PDF playbooks) once the download link has been generated.
